Breaking News: US congress to take up "Clean Oil Act"

After last weeks mishap where a boy poured 2 gallons of salty water into the Gulf, Coast guard vessels have been trying decontaminate the oil.  In an effort to stop such rampant attempts to pollute, congressmen representing the constituencies of Exxon, BP, Texaco, Halliburton and Conoco have introduced a legislation preventing water spills into gulf of Mexico. EPA administrator, Dick Cheney has been very pleased with these efforts and has vowed enforced law to the letter.

Some of the highlights of the law::
No skinny dippin in the gulf, any one going for a dip in the oil rich gulf has to wear diapers.
All ships entering the gulf have to be fitted with giant diapers made with pulp from 100s of trees.
